First time gestational carriers typically earn between $55,000 and $75,000 in base compensation. Experienced surrogates can earn $100,000 or more depending on experience, location, medical background, and individual agreements with Intended Parents.
Surrogates may also receive additional benefits such as travel coverage, maternity support, medical reimbursements, and other journey related allowances.

Surrogates may also receive additional benefits and reimbursements throughout the journey.

Intended parents are looking for the right partner to join them in this unique journey. Surrogacy is an incredibly fulfilling experience that may not be for everyone and our experienced team will help you figure out if this is the right path for you.

• Age range: 22 to 37 years
• In good health and not overweight (BMI under 32)
• No record of criminal activities
• A non-smoker
• Currently raising your own biological children.

Starting this venture was deeply personal for me. I wanted to create a space where women feel supported, protected, and truly cared for in this journey. I love connecting with surrogates, hearing their stories, and making sure their voices are heard. Whether it’s helping with the little details, celebrating milestones, or even cracking up about weird cravings, or how we all wish we could bottle up nesting hormones (because… is your house ever going to be cleaner than in your third trimester)?
What sets Harmony apart is how personal this is to both Carrie and I. She is not just my partner at Harmony, she's one of my dearest friends, and you will likely soon feel the same way if you decide to work with us.
