Compensation:
We believe every woman who chooses to become a surrogate deserves to feel valued, appreciated, and supported… not just emotionally, but financially too.
Surrogates earn between $50,000 and $75,000+, depending on factors such as:
• Where you live.
• Whether your insurance covers a surrogate pregnancy or if a separate policy is needed.
• Whether this is your first journey or you’ve already been a surrogate before.
Payments are made at specific milestones… and continue on monthly schedule throughout your pregnancy. Everything is clearly outlined in your contract and funds are managed through an escrow company, typically paid by direct deposit or check.
In addition to your base compensation, you’ll also be reimbursed for related expenses such as:
• Mileage to and from doctor appointments
• Child care or housekeeping help during pregnancy
• Postage, notary, or insurance co-pays
• Prenatal vitamins and other health essentials
And there are a few extra stipends you may receive, including:
• $1,000 maternity clothing allowance
• $10,000 for a twin pregnancy ($15,000 for triplets… rare but Amazing!)
• $1,000+ for each embryo transfer
• $5,000–$8,000 for a medically necessary C-section
• $500+ for a mock cycle if required
• $250/month allowance during pregnancy
• $250/week for pumping breast milk
