Compensation:

We believe every woman who chooses to become a surrogate deserves to feel valued, supported, and fairly compensated for the incredible role she plays in helping another family grow.

First-time surrogates typically earn between $55,000 and $75,000, while experienced surrogates may earn $100,000+.

Compensation can vary based on factors such as:

• Where you live
• Whether your insurance covers a surrogate pregnancy
• Whether this is your first journey or you have previous surrogacy experience

Payments are made at predetermined milestones and continue on a monthly schedule throughout your pregnancy. Every detail is clearly outlined in your contract, and funds are managed through an independent escrow company for added security and peace of mind.

In addition to your base compensation, you'll also be reimbursed for related expenses such as:

• Mileage to and from doctor appointments
• Child care or housekeeping assistance during pregnancy
• Postage, notary fees, and insurance co-pays
• Prenatal vitamins and other health-related essentials

You may also be eligible for additional stipends, including:

• $1,000 maternity clothing allowance
• $10,000 for a twin pregnancy ($15,000 for triplets)
• $1,000+ for each embryo transfer
• $5,000–$8,000 for a medically necessary C-section
• $500+ for a mock cycle, if required
• $250 monthly allowance during pregnancy
• $250 per week for pumping breast milk

Every surrogacy journey is unique, and your compensation package will reflect the specific needs of your journey. Our goal is simple: to make sure you feel supported, respected, and cared for every step of the way.
